

ABOUT ME

My story began in 2012. I had just finished school and had gained 25 pounds. I felt sick, miserable and tired all the time. In an effort to lose weight quickly, I became obsessed with the idea of "skinny", that I tried nearly every fad diet and fitness plan that was out there. After many tried and failed attempts that lead to a cycle of starvation and binge eating, I decided to let go of the idea of any short term solution. It was then when I began to embrace terms such as, "lifestyle", "healthy" and "sustainable".
From then on, I've been passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in fitness and nutrition with others, in hopes of inspiring
them to adapt a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Since becoming a certified
personal trainer and nutritionist,
I've helped over 500+ clients take control of their health and
well-being with a balanced approach to training with proper nutrition.
